§1Who this applies to
This policy explains how RAaaS Sàrl handles personal data of people who visit this website. It is written to comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In short: the website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics. The only personal data involved is the technical data any website needs to be delivered to your browser, and any email you choose to send us.

§3What is processed and why
- Server logs. When you load a page, the hosting provider processes technical request data: IP address, browser user agent, time of request and response code. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the service secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Web fonts. Headline fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which receives your IP address and user agent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in consistent presentation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Email. If you write to info@raaas.ch, we process your email address, name and whatever you include in the message, only to answer you. Legal basis: responding to your request and our legitimate interest in corresponding with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Settings in your browser. Your light or dark theme choice, and the settings of interactive diagrams on some pages, are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not sent to us.
We do not collect personal data through forms on this website, do not create profiles, do not use your data for automated decisions, and do not knowingly process sensitive personal data.
§4Service providers
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and content delivery.
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd: delivery of the Google Fonts files.
- Our email provider: storage and delivery of emails sent to info@raaas.ch.
We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, unless we are legally required to.
§5International transfers
Some providers may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the standard contractual clauses recognised by the FDPIC and the European Commission.
§6Retention
- Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention policy, and are not combined with other data.
- Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request, and afterwards only where the law requires us to keep business correspondence.
- Local storage stays in your browser until you clear it.
§7Your rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Where the GDPR applies you also have the rights to restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise a right, write to info@raaas.ch. We answer within 30 days.
You may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, edoeb.admin.ch, or, if you are in the EEA, with your local data protection authority.
§8Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. It has no database and stores no visitor data of its own.
§9Cookies
This website does not set cookies. You can remove the local-storage settings described in §3 at any time through your browser settings.
§10Changes
If the website starts processing personal data in new ways, for example through a contact form, this policy will be updated before that happens. The date at the top shows the current version.
